Portraits of Pride

a participatory art experience created for Marshall Pride. Festival attendees were invited to create self-portraits using mirrors, drawing materials, and simple creative prompts centered on identity, reflection, and self-expression.

Participants may have chosen to be photographed with their finished portrait as part of THIS online gallery documenting the project. The activity was designed to create a welcoming space where people can pause, make art, and consider how they see themselves, and how they want to be seen.

The project celebrates creativity, visibility, and community connection.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by the mobile studio at Marshall Pride. It was such a fantastic event and I look forward to seeing everyone again next year!
